Position Overview
The Site Maintenance position is a full-time role in which the candidate, will carry out day-to-day maintenance of multiple properties with opportunities for growth. The Site Maintenance team member will be responsible for responding to property needs as directed by the Facilities Director or any guests onsite. Properties are to be presented according to the organization’s standards while assisting in the creation of an atmosphere of exceptional guest service, teamwork, and excellence.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Cleaning duties, including but not limited to exterior and interior windows, debris removal, and sweeping
· Equipment maintenance including but not limited to washing bikes, golf carts, refueling boats, etc.
· Assist in event preparation, organization, and respond to onsite guest needs
· Recognize and solve issues as they arise on site, report issues to supervisor
· Follow a regular home maintenance schedule and also respond to spontaneous needs
· Run errands and perform other necessary tasks
· Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
· Set up and take down event materials
· Pool maintenance
Qualifications:
· Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred
· Knowledge of basic utilities, mechanics, and/or product troubleshooting
· Strong work ethic and attention to detail
· Ability to follow directions and ask questions for clarification
· Works harmoniously and effectively with others as a part of a team
· Self-starter who desires to show ownership and commitment to the job
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing work schedule
