Full time, year round employment. We don't layoff in the winter. We have positions for maintenance and projects and possibly a chemical applicatior. Minimum requirements: * Prefer valid NC driver's license. * Pass our background screen * Punctual with reliable transportation * Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours a week * A positive attitude with a willingness to learn. * A professional appearance and demeanor. Maintenance Crews. Work on a 2-3 person crew maintaining residential properties Mowing, edging, trimming, bed edging, blowing, pulling weeds and occasional shrub trimming Attention to detail is important as we don't 'mow blow and go'. Our properties are very well maintained Project and Enhancement Crew. Work on a 2-4 person crew Duties may include installing ground cover (mulch, pine straw), sod install, grading, irrigation work, plant and tree install, shrub trimming. Basically anything other then lawn maintenance. Pay is based on work ethic and experience. The more you can offer, the more you'll be compensated.
