Walmart paying people off the street to aid security

You heard it here first. Some Walmarts in Greensboro commonly deploy junkies off the street to be in the store for unknown hours at a time, working with security by spying/following potential shoplifters. Communicating by text & pretending to be shopping while talking on the phone....most likely to nobody. This leads me to ask, is this a positive thing or a negative? And there is no reason, according to Craigslist guidelines, to flag and remove this post. That is against the law as far as I'm concerned.
