Looking for a Licensed Structural Engineer for Residential Remodel in Kirkland, WA(of course with the reasonable rate) for a permit. Image with 2 Windows: Need to replace this complete wall with a Patio Door. The Wall size is around 122" (corner to corner) X 90" (top to bottom). Ideally, We want to install the largest (custom) patio door as possible. Image with 3 Windows This wall is 12 feet X approximately 100" tall (floor to the top Beam. Ideally, we want to replace the complete wall (side to side and top to bottom) with a Large sliding custom Patio Door. Image of the Bathroom: We will be removing this wall (marked with a black circle). Looks like this small wall has a load beam post but not sure and somehow we need to remove this post since we want a seamless glass corner for the shower. Images of the Deck (will send you the video if need) Need to Remodel and extend our Deck/patio, Current size of the deck is 284" long X 146" wide (Area C Deck). We will be extending an additional 35 feet long X 20' (area A Patio) and 7' wide(Area C deck/patio). About US: We are a DIY family and have our Large 5’ X 5’ CNC Heavy duty machine in the garage.
