Job Description Job Description: We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary On-call for occasional after-hours maintenance emergencies Appliance installation ​ Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Ability to offer great customer service to the public Experience necessary with general carpentry skills, minor plumbing repairs, basic electrical repairs and painting The ideal candidate would have three or more years of experience in the field of facilities maintenance.
