Lawn care crew leader needed in Puyallup Willing to pay $21 per hour for experienced individuals! All new hires are trained for 2 weeks at a rate of $15 an hour. This period is to determine reliability and dependability. After this, pay jumps up to at least $17 to $21 an hour depending on ability and productivity. Requirements - Experience in using walk-behind mower, weed whacker, and other basic lawn care tools - An active drivers license - Must be insurable (no DUI’s or tickets that would cause you to be uninsurable) - Drug free - Able to work hard - Your own reliable transportation - A working cell phone - No serious criminal history - Ability to drive a truck with a landscaping trailer (10 feet long) - Ability to work unsupervised at times Average day: 8:20 Arrive at company lot and get in company truck 8:30 Dump lawn clippings that are in the truck 9:00 Head to first property and start work Average about 4 properties before lunch 12:00 Lunch 12:30 Head to next property on the schedule Average 4-6 more properties before calling it a day Around 3-4:00 Head back to the lot, park the company truck and then head home. We specialize in taking care of small lawns. Nothing too crazy. We often spend 20 minutes at a property so days can go rather quickly. Occasionally they will take longer. Our services include mowing, edging, blowing, weed control, fertilizing, overseeding and trimming hedges. Apply today! Masks are not required (it's outdoor work).
