We're looking for an experienced mason to build a brick pizza oven on a pre-existing raised slab. (The cob dome that we build couldn't withstand the NW drizzle). Please include in your response how you would approach a project quote and what steps you could take to ensure it is heat-tolerant up to at least 900*.
