Background Singers needed for local shows

We need some dedicated background vocalists for local shows. We will perform 2 or 3 shows per month and our shows are around an hour and a half long. We don't plan to do any road shows currently. Looking for two or three strong high tenor ranged males mostly but females are welcome to audition as well. This is a PAID gig (for the shows) however you will be required to show up for rehearsals which is not paid. We will be rehearsing once per week (on the weekends) until our first show and then we will probably only rehearse on weeks between shows. We are especially looking for a person who will be in charge of and excels at assigning all the vocal parts to everyone else.
