I am looking for a few guys to take a smelly, dirty house and make it look good. You will do the following: Scope of work: 1. Mop floor with odor remover 2 paint your assigned half of the house. Will take about 6 hours. Requirement: 1. Must have roller (I will provide sleeve and brushes) 2. Must accept zelle, cashapp, or venmo. Will not pay in cash. 3. Own transportation 4. Start at 8:00 AM. You wont be allowed to start if you show up late regardless of anything else. 5. Must be able to take written and verbal direction. 6. Pets, partners or any other distractions are not allowed on job site. 7. Live within 20 mins of Westland, MI. 8. No smoking inside house. 9. Paint stick Payment: You will be paid $100 if all work is done by end of the day. A bonus may be added for an excellent worker. If you are hungry, motivated and looking to better your life, this is your shot to show me what you got. An excellent worker could be offered a full time job on our maintnence and rehab team.
