For the perfect prospect looking to have a career, we will invest in YOU. We will TRAIN and CERTIFY you in everything from Hazardous Material Handling to a Universal certified HVAC technician. If you are just out of High School, have a great mechanical aptitude and eager to work hard we want you. WHATS IMPORTANT: MUST NATUALLY POSSESS THESE 4 ABILITIES & SKILLS 1. HARDWORKING Stays focused on the task given to them, spends little time chatting with employees and texting while on the job. 2. SELF-MOTIVATED Does the best job they can. Shows up to work on time and takes breaks on time. Looks forward to learning new duties and always first to volunteer for new projects. 3. MULTIFACETED Learns fast and needs little supervision, they are focused and love their job, makes few mistakes. 4. DEDICATED They are ethically motivated to provide an honest day's work for their wages. They take pride in their abilities and leave work each day with a smile and sense of pride. Main duties will be but not limited to: Refrigerant recovery and reclamation, cylinder inspection and handling, receiving various refrigerants and coordinate processing in a timely manner. Handle logistics by packing, shipping and receiving refrigerants throughout the USA. Organize warehouse to our structured format. Wage offered are entry level on a training basis. Wage will be based on your skills and how fast you adapt. Once you are fully trained and can independently operate our warehouse and recovery standards we will adjust your wage accordingly. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
