Our beautiful property in Arvada, Colorado is actively searching for a qualified maintenance technician. Qualified candidates will have a winning attitude, great personality, friendly, excellent communication and time management skills, is a team player and willing to go above and beyond for our apartment community. This is a full-time position. Salary Package includes: Apartment (non-smoking), utilities, free parking and salary, between $1,500 and $2,250 (based on experience, level of skill, and credentials/education). You must be able to live on site. No health benefits offered. Working hours are from 8:00am -5:00pm, Monday through Friday. You must be able to work weekends and after hours as the job requires. (On call one day a week and one weekend per month) Requirements/Qualifications: 1 year experience as a maintenance technician Experience with ceramic tile repair/replacement Experience with Drywall Experience with water pipe repair/replacement Experience with commercial hot water heater installation (Desired) Experience and knowledge of basic electric Ability to troubleshoot and make necessary repairs Make ready experience Must have experience and knowledge of hand tools and power tools EPA/HVAC Certification or Knowledge (Desired) CPO or Pool experience (Desired) Snow Removal required per season Must be 21 years or older Must be able to pass a background check; no felonies!
