TMD Staffing is hiring temp –to- hire individuals to work for a customers in the Seguin area. Our customers are international companies that are looking to hire individuals that want to learn! Employees will be constructing pallets for national companies or they will be cutting sheet metal. No experience necessary. Applicants just have to be able to meet the physical demands of the position. Weight limit, 50lbs. A lot of bending, scooping, standing and hand and arm movements. These are long-term roles. The sooner you apply, the sooner we will have you working. Shifts are 10 to 12 hours long, and you will work 7 days a week, for now for one of the companies and the other is Monday through Friday with Saturday’s occasionally. Lots of OVERTIME!! First Shift: 6AM – End of Production. (Overtime available) Days: Open availability 7 days a week Pay = $11.50/HR to start. First and Second Shift:7AM-3:30PM & 3PM – 11:30PM.
