Job Summary: This position is responsible for general mechanical service on electrical and gasoline golf cars. Responsibilities: Performs daily mechanical services/repairs to golf vehicles. Performs assigned duties at the shop or on-site at customers location. They will make deliveries or pickups from customers to provide continuity of service and maintenance of accounts. Performs on the road service calls, and provides sales leads and customer information to service manager/writer. The service tech must complete necessary work orders, part orders, delivery reports, time sheets, and other paperwork required to document the mechanical work and other duties accomplished. Maintains accurate parts inventory on company truck, and drives company vehicles as required. Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Mechanical knowledge of engines and electrical. Experience in auto/small engines is a plus but willing to train the right candidate. Clean driving history with knowledge of pulling trailers. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 85 pounds. Hourly Rate To Be Discussed Over Interview
