Position: Night Property Maintenance Tech Responsibilities: Pressure Washing and Parking Lot Sweeping Hours and Pay: About 20 hours per week, possibly more depending on work available. Starts at 8PM or 9PM for about 6 hours per night. Pay starts at $12/hr. Requirements: You MUST have a clean driving record. (This will be checked) Experience driving full size pickup trucks (or larger) with trailers preferred. Must be a self starter and able to work on your own as needed. Must be detail oriented.
