Full time maintenance/groundskeeper needed for beautiful multi-family residential community in Alamogordo, New Mexico. Responsibilities: Responsible for meticulous upkeep of community grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, and other community buildings Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant sites (trash outs) prior to make-ready Perform other duties and projects assigned by the Property Manager that will enhance the visual presentation of the property Perform and troubleshoot/repair of mechanical, carpentry and minor electrical problems Respond quickly to deficiencies found in preventative maintenance inspections Other general maintenance duties as necessary Requirements: • 2-4 years of maintenance experience • Have detailed knowledge of light carpentry, plumbing and electrical • Be responsible and reliable • Have a positive, get the job done attitude • Work well under pressure • Valid Driver’s License required Job Type: Full-time
