Re-homing sweet dog

I have an absolutely sweet male mix dog who I am looking to re-home. He is a chunky, lovable 1.5 year old. He loves attention and belly scratches. The good: • He gets along well with dogs (not sure about cats) • He loves people • He is treat motivated! The challenge: • He is terrified of stairs. I got him this way. So someone who doesn't have stairs would be preferable unless you're up for the challenge. • He is not neutered. Which hasn't been a problem (difficult to do when he is terrified of stairs, as I don't want to tear sutures carrying him up and down 2 flights of stairs) Other than the 2 minor things, this dog is an absolute angel. It breaks my heart having to re-home him. I'm asking only $50 for re-homing. I really want him to go to a home where he get the attention he deserves. A home with other dogs would be a plus since he does like to play, but he'd still thrive as the only dog. Please send me an email with your questions and I'll provide pics of him.
