Both parents are full blooded (mom is full blooded German Shepherd) (dad is full blooded Chow-Chow). Litter of 8 - 4 remain. 2 Black Female 2 German Shepherd Female They have begun outside potty training. They eat Iams Minichunks Dry dog food. So far, other adoptees say the training has gone well for house-breaking. Puppies will chew so make sure you give them lots of toys or old shoes. Patience is key with a new puppy. If you have a short temper or get aggravated easily.... a puppy may not be an ideal pet. Key to potty-training is to take them outside every 15 minutes (no matter what) during their first two weeks in a new home and then increase the time to 30 minutes the second two weeks and your puppy should do well. The black puppies will most closely resemble a long-haired wolf, while the tan ones will look like a German Shepherd except shorter peaked ears and a curly tail like a Chow-Chow.
