We are SEEKING FORMER SMOKERS WHO HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED BY A MEDICAL DOCTOR WITH A SMOKING-RELATED CONDITION such as: * CANCER * COPD (or another smoking-related LUNG DISEASE) * HEART DISEASE * STROKE * MENTAL ILLNESS, such as depression and anxiety * or any other smoking-related condition This is your chance to become a Tips participant and help prevent what happened to you from happening to others. Each person who is hired will be compensated for their time with a one-time payment of $2,500. _____________________________________________________________________ WE ARE SEEKING: 1) FORMER SMOKER: If you’ve quit smoking and have been diagnosed with a smoking-related health condition, we want to hear your story. 2) CARETAKER: Are you the family member and/or loved one who regularly cares for a person who used to smoke cigarettes and who is living with a disease, we want to hear your story. 3) MENTAL HEALTH: We’re also seeking people who used to smoke who have a mental health condition such as depression or anxiety that might have improved due, in part, to quitting smoking. _____________________________________________________________________ We want to hear your story!
