Assistant Handyman- Small Multifamily Complex This is a position for a person who has the skills to work with tools and equipment helping a senior Handyman. Some basic experience required in ready make, painting, ac cleaning, toilet repair, carpet cleaning, basic electricity and plumbing, possessing basic tools is preferred. Picking up trash and handle containers is a daily routine. You must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation to be at work on time and be on call in case of an emergency. You may be required to pick up parts at nearby vendors. You will be required to pass a background and drug use test. We would prefer you disclose places you have worked and pay rates. You must have some basic computer skills to send and receive emails and place orders online to vendors. Your health conditions should allow you to climb ladders, work on the roof, replace lamps top of the building, lift heavy weight, furniture, beds. You should not have intolerance or allergy reactions to paints, cleaners and any other chemical standard in this field. Based on your abilities your compensation may range from $10 to $ 14 working 40 hs. a week Monday Through Saturday.
