Remodeling / Construction lead and assistant needed. Experience required and pay based on abilities. Any licenses or certifications will be considered. We seek a well rounded construction trades-person that has desire to train up to a craftsman level. Our projects represent quality and pride, not hack or haste. Most jobs focus on proper material and craftsmanship NOT on cutting corners. MOST of our jobs are residential, but occasionally, commercial work is scheduled. General remodeling company seeks a PROFESSIONAL, dependable person with various skills: general carpentry and finish carpentry, cabinetry, tile, demolition, sheetrock (install, tape & float, texture), fencing, masonry, etc. - yes, reading plans and determining materials, roofing, electrical, plumbing, insulation, concrete and other trades a plus - We offer COMPLETE remodeling services with most trades performed by the company. We do NOT need painters, those positions are currently filled. We do NOT do landscape or landscape maintenance. This is a working / hands-on position with expectation of assignment completion. Everyone in the company (owner included) has physical job tasks and responsibilities to complete. If you are NOT physically suited to the position, please do not inquire. We do NOT do high volume/turnover of jobs BUT we DO have deadlines so efficiency is expected. Tools not required. Dependable transportation to and from work a must. Bi-lingual preferred.
