Onin Staffing is now hiring Shipping Clerks in the Edinburg area! -Must be able to work Monday to Sunday. - Must have flexible Schedule. - Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) Responsibilities: - Check in and out truck drivers in a timely manner using logistics software - Accurately handle all transactions which in many cases are legal documents - Assign drivers to doors to be loaded and unloaded - Assign material handlers to load the trucks - Complete the bill of ladings for drivers and get the proper signatures - Maintain the office areas to include filing and cleaning duties as required - Execute new approaches/procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of the department and services performed - Trains clerical personnel in correct Shipping and receiving procedures and changes in procedures. - Provides assistance and serves as a back up to other employees of the department as needed. - Ensures correct shipment of international orders and the correct form and method. - Assigned filing and data-entry tasks to organize business documents.
