Drive my kids to school/potential for babysitting hours

Within a month I may need someone to literally just take my 2 kids down the street to school monday through friday at about 8:15AM. This could turn into something more down the line including afterschool care or full day babysitting on school holidays. Pay is negotiable. I just want to get to know and trust someone in preparation for this. Full background and reference checks will be conducted.
