Experienced handyman for food trailer build out

I have a trailer that I’m trying to get up and running. It has a fryer and flat top grill no other equipment. Had a vent, but no hood also 3 compartment sink. It will need space created for a prep refrigerator. Would also need gas line installed, air conditioner attached and the base platform. I’m sure other work is needed so somebody with experience with measurements and requirements for food trucks would be best. Pics are attached of what it looks like right now. Pay is negotiable.
