I need 7 panels of vinyl fence installed and 1 gate built All material on job site. Need done Thursday. If you cant do tomorrow dont reply If y have never installed vinyl fence before dont reply. I will not pay till I inspect job. I'm paying cash upon completion. Must meet me at 9.am.at job. Leave estimate.
