We provide fast and efficient work to all our customers and are looking to hire someone with quality service experience, the knowledge of repair and service work, which includes: Plumbing Repairs, Replacements, New Installation, Drain Cleaning, Sewer Cleaning. Qualifications • Experience: • Plumbing, 5 years (Required) • Management, 5 years (Preferred) • Customer Service, 1 year (Preferred) • Leadership, 3 years (Preferred) • Mentoring, 3 years (Preferred) • HVAC, a plus • License: • NATE Certification (Preferred) Established 5 Star rated plumbing and HVAC company is looking for an experienced Plumbing Manager with a strong leadership and mentoring skills that is passionate about superior customer service, one who excels at troubleshooting, diagnosis, servicing and repairing all plumbing fields. This individual must be a proven leader, who is goal oriented, self-motivated and personable. Full Job Description • The Service Manager serves as technical support and quality assurance of all field personnel. • Must be able to effectively work with both installation and service. • Ensure quality work is completed in the field - completing quality surveys of all change outs and new construction. • Train install and service technicians as required. • Oversee daily Service schedules. • Facilitate weekly safety/training meetings. • Evaluates work load and schedules service work in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes profits. • Understand sales criteria and hold your team accountable for exceeding revenue goals. • Resolves customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction. • Timely and accurately generate reports that measure departmental operations; maintaining accurate records of all types to be reviewed with management. Job Requirements • Minimum of 5 years install, maintenance and repair experience of sewer, drains, water heaters, and repipes. experience in lining a plus. • Proven success in managing/leading a team in a business environment. Min 3 years. • Successful history of building teams with direct responsibility for hiring/terminating employees. • Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities • Technical aptitude with knowledge of local codes.
