While we certainly appreciate previous experience, attitude is everything to us, and we will consider any applicant that meets the outlined qualifications (found below), regardless of previous grow operation/cultivation experience. TRIMMER JOB OVERVIEW: Trimmers act as a link between all aspects of dispensary operations, helping to seamlessly prepare product for sale at a variety of levels. Trimmers will work semi-independently and due to the rote nature of the job, a strong work ethic is required. This is a part-time position, between 15-25 hours/week. Please note: this is an entry-level position within a cannabis cultivation center. We always try to promote from within, but realistically, there is very little opportunity for upward growth into a "grower" position! Please do not apply if your goal is to be a cannabis grower within the next year! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Trims all dried and cured cannabis - Assists with bulk marijuana packaging - Acts as a first point of defense for quality control - Assists cultivation staff with harvest duties - Assists with general cultivation cleaning tasks - Other duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS: - High school diploma required, college degree preferred - Exceptional attention to detail - A strong "get-it-done" and team-player attitude - Able to work independently with high work output - Previous trimming experience beneficial, but not required - Able to sit/stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive motions - **MUST BE 21 to work in state-licensed dispensary!
