Transform Basement to a Mother-In -Law?

I live in a split entry home, I want to turn the lower level to a Mother-In -Law. Meanwhile the electricity and the plumbing are already there. I want to dry wall, Install a drop down ceiling and more... there is a big room that is already done down there. I'm looking for someone to help me design it and start the job. P.S I want to do this in the cheap, I will get most of the stuff used here on Craigslist. You need to have a truck to help me pick up some of the materials at Home Depot. I will help in the project, you will just charge me for the labor then we'll go from there. Anyone that knows how to do this type of work you can contact me, this is not for a big contractor job very small and simple. I'm near Frost Rd in Derry... Thank you
