Description
I have a NACA loan and I need remaining work to be completed by April 28, 2021. NACA pays at 50% and 100% completion. You have to be able to fund the project until you get your first draw. At 50% completion, NACA will send out an inspector to inspect the work. After the inspection it take approximately 2 weeks for funds to be deposited into your account (you need a bank account that can accept wires).
To be registered as a NACA contractor, you need: 1. License and/or certification 2. Proof of Insurance 3. Valid W-9 Tax Identification (Driver License).
The budget to complete the repairs is $19,125. So you should at least have $5,000 to start before you get the first draw.
If interested, contact me to see the property. I want to get approval to start by next Monday.
