Ironside Axe Club Welcomes home the Axe Throwing family. Our open tournament will Include Knife throwing, Big Axe, Hatchet, and Duals. Ironside Open 2021 World Axe Throwing League Major Tournament Located in the Heart of the Midwest. There is a little something for everyone. WKTL tournament: 32 Spots June 17th Hatchet: 128 Spots June 18th Big Axe: 64 Spots June 19th Duals: 32 Spots June 20th Total Prize Payout of over $10,000 Paying to the 12th Place For Hatchet, 5000 Circuit Points up for grabs. Thursday: Discounted Practice Time at the West Des Moines Range Until 8PM Thursday: WKTL tournament in Pella Iowa. We will be providing a bus for Transportation. (It is about 45 minutes away) Friday : (Big Axe) Judges Meeting. 2PM Check In and Warm Up Throws. 3PM-3:30PM Big Axe Tournament Starts at 4PM Saturday (bright and early): (HAtchet) Doors open at 8:00 Am Tournament Starts at 10 Am Warm up Throws 8am-9:00 Am(10 and Rotate) Board Changes and Announcements 9:30-10 am Tournament Starts 10:00AM Sunday: Doors open at 10:00AM Tournament Starts at 11:00AM
