61 yr old guitar player looking for musicians for jams and potential gigs. Gals ok too! I'm no pro but I am proficient, mostly because I've been playing since my teens. I played in bands back in the day, it was a lot of fun. Had a group of guys to jam with where I was before, but up here I don't know any musicians. I'm an old school classic rock and blues guy, into the Dead, straight up blues, southern rock, and early metal like Priest and Sabbath, or even Reggae. Before Covid I was going out to see bands like Dead and Company, ZZ Top, Gov't Mule, Bonamassa, Trower, Cake, Offspring, Derek Trucks, Social Distortion, and various Blues Festivals. Basically, we’d go out to see bands where I actually recognized the name haha! The ideal band for me is 2 guitars, bass, drums, and keys. I'm probably ok for backup vocals but not as a lead vocalist. Throwing this out there because I figure there has to be some older musicians up here that can play and would like to hang out, have a couple of beers or etc, and get on it.
