Needing a new roof

Looking for someone to lay a new roof on our future rental property. It will need to be tore off, decked and shingled. Currently are 3 to 4 layers on the roof and no decking. Just seems to look like the original wood shingles from the attic access. I do not know the measurements but the house is roughly 800-900 sq ft. We are open to both tin and shingles.
