SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER Needed

I am an EDM Producer/DJ releasing songs every month...which each require ongoing support through Social Media. I also am gearing up for a series of EDM events, which will require the same. I historically have produced and posted all content myself, but am underway building a team to assist me! I am seeking an ONGOING Social Media Manager to promote my DJ brand, as well as create hype around my events. You should be on top of all social media trends, and very familiar with the rules (and how far one can bend them) regarding Insta, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, etc. You should have at least one HIGHLY successful social media account to show your ability. Previous experience promoting a successful event is a big plus! Your first tasks would be: 1. To evaluate my current profiles and suggest/implement Short-Term Improvements. 2. To create an Ongoing Strategy to expand my social presence, including stylistic/aesthetic choices, SEO and other marketing tactics, etc. Moving forward, You would be in charge of implementing above-mentioned Ongoing Strategy - for both my overall DJ brand and any of my events. I would give you more control/responsibilities/pay as you demonstrate your capabilities. You would have access to my creative team for content, as well as a budget for campaigns to achieve your goals. Pay could be goal/event-based initially, but eventually become a regular salary.
