Your task will be traveling to various locations, obtain and taking photos of properties, and completing inspection surveys for commercial and residential properties, property condition reports, occupancy verification, insurance, mortgage, bank, construction inspections, and more. This career allows you flexibility, and the opportunity to make extra money. You get paid per completed job, the sky is the limit "the more you can complete the more you can make". Work is available throughout NYC and surrounding areas, traveling by train is great within the boroughs a car is necessary outside the boroughs. All expenses are calculated in each job, we handle the scheduling, no long forms. We're currently seeking experienced field inspectors at this time What's required: Complete registration via our web site Independent contractor agreement via our web site W9 form for tax purposes required (during registration) Auto insurance and registration information if driving (during registration) Your local/statemate ID (during registration) E and O insurance within 90 days of registration
