Hello everyone, I am a 25 y/o male, who will be starting grad school in NYC this fall. I am looking for roommates to apartment hunt together, or a room is someone has anything available. Must be pet friendly ( I have a 35 lb dog and a cat). My budget is max $1,300 but cheaper is better lol. I am interested in living in Upper West Side, Harlem, or Washington Heights. About me: I am a pretty laid back guy, I will probably be studying most of the time, but I do enjoy to go out occasionally. I don't mind guests, and I am a heavy sleeper so noise doesn't bother me much.
