Sept 2020 the man living above me died. His blood soaked through damaged flooring and streamed into my bathroom. Tamarack Garden Apartments didn't clean it up. I could not use my bathroom for 10 days because blood covered my toilet.
March 2021 a clean water leak is dripping dark reddish brown water on my toilet again. It washing the blood up. They stopped the water flow and left the mess.
Cockroaches eat blood. Now there is a dramatic spike in roaches. After 4 visits from their bug man in the last 65 days I have gone from killing 25-30 a day to killing 40 a day. Before all of this I could easily keep them away, rarely seeing 1.
I want to get out of here!
