Looking for someone with experience to sand a skim coat layer of drywall in a 520 square foot condo.
Sanding only.
Ceilings and walls.
Job includes the clean up. Mostly vacuuming with a shop vac.
Bring your own protective gear.
Pole & hand sander and vacuum provided.
