Hello job seeker! My startup is looking to hire an experienced professional for the role of both marketing specialist and community manager. He or she will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company's customer base, and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our firm. As marketing manager, the responsibilities will include: -Develop & analyze different marketing strategies -Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation -Create and execute lead generation programs -Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency -Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines -Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team As community manager, the responsibilities will include: -Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies -Providing engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts -Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner I am offering a part or full time position at 20-40 hours a week, with a very flexible and adaptable schedule. As long as the time log and work expectations are met, you will be free to set your own schedule! I am an academic researcher and I am building covid-safe intellectual community for leisure both in person and virtually. For in person events, I would ask that you help me to ensure all covid-safe legal requirements as well as standard social considerations.
