Job Title: Part-time Gardener/Landscaper We seek a hands-on person to join our garden and lawn care team 2 to 4 days week through November. We need assistance in all aspects of garden installation, ongoing landscape maintenance as well as some help with lawn care. Some experience with plants and landscaping is helpful but we will train and provide opportunities for a good listener and someone who is willing to work hard and learn. Starting pay is $16 to $20 an hour based on your skills and experience. We will provide personal garden tools and safety equipment. You will need transportation, cell phone, the ability to work on hot and cold weather days. We are positive, fun folks so please bring a positive attitude and you will do excellent. All of our jobs are in the Lincoln, Concord, Acton, Littleton, Sudbury area. Thank you and I hope to hear from you. Responsibilities: • Assist in the installation and maintenance of gardens • Weeding, raking, digging, planting, pruning, mulching, and watering • Care of tools and equipment • Loading, unloading, and delivering of plant materials to and from job sites • Mowing and backpack blowing • Other tasks as assigned Required Qualifications: • Prior hands-on gardening and/or landscaping experience helpful but not required • Be a team player who is a positive, focused, and respectful to co-workers, clients and vendors • MUST be able to be on time for work shifts (usually begin at 8a.m.) • Job requires extensive physical outdoor gardening labor, including heavy lifting up to 40 lbs, transporting, planting and digging rooted plants, moving garden supplies and tools Lincoln, Concord, Acton, Littleton, Stow, Sudbury
