Description

We have a house with 3 zones. We want to add a fourth zone because we are finishing our basement. The old AC condensers are 20 years old, so this would be a good time to replace them and add a fourth unit. The existing air handlers can be updated or replaced based on your recommendation. We have oil heat and the furnace can be expanded to fourth zone. This project will be awarded to a contractor who has done this work before and can provide three references to prove it.
