Green Tech Lawn Care in Springfield, MO is looking for one lawn technician/landscaper to join our team. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and reliable. GreenTech Lawn Care is a professional lawn care company that is seeking an individual to be a part time lawn technician to contribute to the team. You will be working primarily on days Monday through Weds with Saturday and Sunday being possible make-up dates due to rain. We will work with your schedule. This can become a full time position if you have the work ethic and drive. Serving the Springfield area we are a fast growing company looking for candidates who match our values and vision. This is a PART TIME position, Mon-Weds around 24 hours per week. For the position of Lawn Care Technician/landscaper, main job duties include: Proper operation of lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers, blower) Upholding GreenTech Lawn Care Core Values of Honesty, Respect, Environmental Responsibility, Reliability, and Pursuit of Growth & Learning Assisting the Crew Leader with daily routing in truck Bringing a positive attitude to the job daily Cleaning out trailer at the end of each day Clearly communicating needs/concerns to manager and crew leader when necessary Occasionally speaking with clients in a professional, friendly manner The ideal candidate requirements: At least 18 years of age A valid driver's license with a clean driving record Be able to pass a background check Have one or more years of experience in the lawn care industry Hold a high school diploma A reliable source of transportation to work Reliable, on time, professional appearance and demeanor while working Attention to detail and client needs while operating lawn equipment FILL OUT SURVEY TO APPLY: Compensation will be bi-weekly with the chance to earn bonuses based on bringing in new business.
