We are looking for Valets who would like to work at the following locations:
Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica
SUMMARY: Greet and assist guest in a positive, courteous, and timely manner while smiling and providing excellent customer service. When parking a vehicle, smile and wish the guest luck and when retrieving a vehicle, thank the guest for visiting and invite them to come back. While parking and retrieving a vehicle, drive safely and do so in a timely manner. Coordinate key lock box activities such as reports, cash balancing and hourly key logs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet and welcome all guests and provide resort, casino and city information
• Check cars for damage and record details of damage on parking ticket.
• Park and retrieve guest cars from assigned location.
• Lock cars and store keys, file and return to the proper location.
• Respond to telephone and radio inquiries for valet parking.
• Adhere to all Highway Traffic Acts.
• Respond efficiently to special requests from guests.
• Able to logically and independently plan, organize and complete work in a timely manner
• Able to perceive quality of work read material and review documents; receive instructions and hear from guests and staff
• Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Clean DMV record
• Experience driving automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Ensure guests are assisted with luggage delivery and retrieval, and in keeping the flow of the drive consistent and efficient by welcoming guests
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift and carry between 35 to 50 lbs., and to stand on feet for 8 hours at a time
• Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass a criminal background, MVR and drug screen.
• Be able to understand and speak English
• Adhere to all regulatory, company and departmental policies and procedures
