Description

We currently have two projects going on that need to be finished. The main project will need doors installed, vanities and accessories installed in bathrooms, and minor details throughout the house. The second project will need a bathroom remodeled, vinyl floors installed, and kitchen cabinets installed. We also have 30+ properties we manage that occasionally need minor repairs. This will be an independent contractor position therefore you will be paid by individual job and each job will have a separate contract. You must be willing to sign a W9 and understand that payments will be made on the Monday after you complete the job as all contractor payments are made on Mondays. We will not pay immediately after job is completed as it needs to be checked and payment needs to be processed. *Must have a good communication skills. *Must respond quickly during business hours of 8 AM to 6 PM. *Must have good workmanship, no cutting corners. *Must have own tools and transportation. *Must be willing to pick up materials and supplies.
