This work involves no human contact and is an ideal opportunity to earn during Covid19. Pothole Repair.com specializes in repairing potholes in parking lots. We are seeking freelance pothole hunters to visit parking lots and use our state-of-the-art Android app to report potholes. This is a temporary opportunity to earn significant income on a flexible schedule as an independent contractor. Pothole Hunter’s typically earn $3200+ and report at least 640 potholes in their territory. To qualify for this position, you will need to email stating your qualifications. If selected, you must complete our online training, complete a training follow-up call, provide proof of a current, valid driver’s license and auto insurance, have transportation to get to parking lots in your assigned county and own an Android device with geo location services enabled and a data plan. Qualified reports include one picture of a pothole at least 12 by 12 inches up to a maximum of 3 by 3 feet; larger or smaller potholes will not qualify. In addition to the pothole picture, we will also require a complete and correct site name, correct address and one picture of on-site signage (either leasing information, tenant signage or frontal perspective of the structure). The following list of commercial sites are the types of sites that will qualify for reporting potholes: • auto dealerships/car sales lots • apartments • shopping center/shopping mall/strip center • office building • medical facility • bank/savings and loan/financial center • church/synagogue/mosque • hotels/motel • restaurant • warehouse/industrial facility • Amusement park, activity center Using our Pothole Hunter app, it will take approximately two to three minutes on-site to file a complete report. We will compensate you at a rate of $5.00 per report. On average, we find potholes on nearly half the parking lots we check. In a typical suburban County, we check about 20 (or more) parking lots per hour. Payment for your reports will be made on a weekly basis, by PayPal or check mailed to the address you provide.
