Please call our office at 321-428-4220 or fill our an application on line at topnotchlawncareinc.com Duties and Responsibilities: Irrigation repair and maintenance for large scale commercial and residential properties. Perform site assessment Inspect equipment and inventory supplies. Install irrigation components, clocks, and other irrigation devices ensuring that they function efficiently. Troubleshoot and coordinate repairs of irrigation systems. Repairing and maintaining valves, tracing electrical components, locating existing zones and valves Solve small sprinkler problems (wire valves, fix leaks, mend broken sprinkler heads) to make systems work properly. Perform general and seasonal system maintenance. Effectively assess water efficiency and make adjustments to quickly correct over or under watering. Carefully follow all policies and best practices to ensure a safe work environment. Perform such other activities as may be temporarily or permanently assigned. Requirements: Familiarity with commercial and residential systems. Must have Drivers license. Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions. Must be dependable and able to perform duties with little or no supervision. Knowledge of all phases of irrigation including troubleshooting electrical problems. Great interpersonal skills with people. Good communication and organizational skills. Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial and residential irrigation.
