Janitor/Housekeeper Job Description We are looking for a professional Housekeeper able of attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for our residents that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation. Housekeeper Responsibilities: • Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained • Keep new and used homes cleaned when needed • Stage homes when needed • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors • Clean windows • Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate • Clean up spills with appropriate equipment • Notify managers of necessary repairs • Collect and dispose of trash • Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices Janitor/Housekeeper Requirements: • Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper • Ability to manage your time efficiently • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance • Ability to change direction as needed • Working quickly without compromising quality • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds • Handle basic maintenance and cleaning • High school diploma or GED equivalent • Ability to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with residents. • Knowledge of English language • Hours Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 4pm and occasional weekends
