Eden Contracting specialize in masonry and roofing is looking for a field supervisor with minimum 5 years of experience, is less 5 years of experience or unable to provide proof of experience please do not apply to job opening you will not be considered for the position. Responsibilities includes but not limited to;
Help scheduling the crew for job sites.
To keep the team in best spirit for maximum productivity.
To have the ability to be a great team leader.
To train less skilled team member to be better.
To ensure safety measurements are in place.
To ensure work is done as per scope of work/plans.
To ensure work is completed professionally.
To have approach towards minimizing punch list upon completion of job.
To use methods to increase productivity and efficacy of the crew.
To place material orders in a timely manner.
To coordinate debris removal in a timely manner.
To keep the job site clean by the end of every day.
To ensure job site is safe to everyone by end of the day.
To implement company’s strategies for the growth of business.
Must be able to read plans and fulfill the requirements.
