Front yard currently has very sparse grass. I would like to remove the grass and level the ground. Top with a design of mulch and rocks for the entire area. The measurement is a very rough estimate of 36 ft x 36 ft. There is a very large tree stump that will remain. And 3 very large bushes along the east side of the yard that will also remain. Would like a rough quote for this work. Prefer someone with references. Payment of 1/3 of agreed price paid upon signing an agreement. Additional 1/3 of agreed upon price when work is 50% done. Final 1/3 of agreed price will be paid upon completion of word to be done to my satisfaction. Payment will be in cash or any other method you prefer.
