Express Employment is seeking a Project Foreman: • $20-28/Hour DOE • M-F, 8-5 • Full-Time, Long-Term, Temp-to-Hire The duties of this position include, but are not limited to: • Operating various types of heavy equipment including front end loaders, dozers, bobcat, skid steer, excavator, grader and compactors. • Coordinate daily crew activities to maximize productivity and quality. • Communicate with crew and other project managers as necessary. • Practicing precaution and safety procedures at all times. Required skills include but are not limited to: • 2+ years of related construction experience with an emphasis on streets, highways, underground utilities and commercial site projects. • 3+ years in Equipment Operation required. • Supervisory experience required. • Must have a valid Driver’s License and CLEAN driving record. • Must be able to read and understand project plans and specifications. • Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. • Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. • Must be reliable, responsible, self-motivated, demonstrate strong professionalism and communication skills.
