We are searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform building maintenance/repairs for our Apartment Communities in Bakersfield. This position is Full-Time / 40 hours a week / Monday – Friday WEEKENDS OFF! :) Are you one of those hardworking individuals who is good at fixing everything? Are you that person everyone calls when something isn't working right and they just need someone to fix it? Then we need you! We are looking to find someone who is skilled in these areas: Plumbing Repair (Toilets, Sinks, Faucets, Tubs, Garbage Disposals) Electrical Repair (Light Switches, Outlets, Ceiling Fans) Carpentry Repair (Doors, Drawers, Cabinets, Locks) Appliance Repair (Dishwasher, Stove, Refrigerator, Washer, and Dryer) Apartment Maintenance experience is not required but we are searching for someone who will be able to perform repairs in a correct and safe manner in our apartment homes.
