Mandatory requirements are as follows: Legally own or possess a truck with the ability to tow a pressure washing trailer. Must be complete with registration and insurance. Possess current unrestricted CDL (no DUIs). Mostly clean DMV record (minor stuff ok, professional driving involved). Clean background check (no hard drugs, burglary etc). We will look. No drugs. We test. Ability to work graveyard shift. Have intermediate mechanical skills (change your own oil/fluids, fix leaky hoses, locate blown fuses, diagnose/change battery, change sparkplugs, etc) Must understand basics of pulling small trailers. actual experience is a plus. Must demonstrate mindfulness of the dangers of mechanized equipment. Have good high school level science comprehension (heat, pressure, acids, bases, leverage etc) You can build your own schedule. Schedules are very flexible. Strong work ethic, good physical fitness, mechanical skills, and strong sense of safety are big bonuses. Excellent job for displaced oilfield hands, or young people wanting to learn how to start and run their own company. Work periods are typically 9pm thru 7am. Transporting and operating a pressure washing rig at large shopping centers and office buildings all over Kern County. We also have daytime work and weekend work. Pays twice a month. Also pays to drive both mileage and hourly wage simultaneously. Most guys work a 4 on-3 off schedule. Typical work day is: Briefing 9pm, rig up, transport to jobsites, complete pressure washing/window cleaning duties, return and rig down next morning. Debrief. Respond by simple resume.
